Bed and Breakfast – To secure a reservation we shall require a non-refundable deposit of £30 per room per night.
The balance is payable on the morning of departure.
Guests are reminded that a booking is in effect a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel within 14 days of arrival we reserve the right to charge 90% of the total cost of the accommodation unless the room(s) can be relet, in which case we will refund the amount for which we have been able to relet the room(s), minus an administration charge of £20.
Where we accept a one night booking the room charge will be £120 per room per night payable in full when booked.
Atlantic and Dune Cottages – to secure a reservation a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required if booked more than 6 weeks before your holiday start date. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start date. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date the total cost is payable at booking.
If you have to cancel for any reason you are liable for any monies paid unless the cottage(s) can be re-let, in which case we will refund the amount for which we have been able to relet the cottage(s), minus an administration charge of £20.
All confirmed bookings will initially be held for 7 days. If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days we will attempt to contact you again and reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We strongly advise that the guests consider insurance to cover against cancellations, losses and damage to personal belongings.
We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of any permanent damage to furniture, carpets and beds/bedding due to negligence.
Baggage and personal belongings are at the guest's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to such items. Similarly, the owners can take no responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicles parked on the owners' property.
We endeavour to open the swimming pool between June and September: please bear in mind that it is open air and solar heated so the temperature will vary. We reserve the right to close the pool at any time in this period for essential cleaning or maintenance or due to adverse weather conditions.
With regret we do not cater for people under the age of sixteen and no pets are allowed. All the properties are strictly non-smoking. The cottages have one bed and are suitable for 2 adults only - no other persons are allowed to stay overnight.
Please note that although we cannot accept dogs as guests we have one small dog ourselves.
For bed and breakfast guests breakfast is served between 8:00am and 9:30am unless arranged otherwise. Complimentary hot drinks are available throughout the day.
Cottages and bed and breakfast rooms are available from 4:00pm on day of arrival. We ask that cottages are vacated by 10:00am and bed and breakfast rooms by 10:30am on the day of departure.
Access via gravel driveway from parking area in front of the main house. Mix of paving slabs and gravel with two gates and one step en route to B&B entrance.
There is one step up when approaching the front door, a small step over the threshold and a step down on entering the property.
Front door access width is 82cms or 32 inches.
Both bedrooms are up an open wooden staircase with handrail – 12 steps in total.

The guest lounge is on the ground floor; all on one level with slate flooring.
The dining room has one step down on entering with carpet flooring.
Access is at ground level via gravel driveway; cars can be parked immediately outside for unloading/loading.
There are two steps up into the cottages, with a small step down on the inside.
Maximum door width when open, both for the front door and internally, is 73cms or 28.5 inches
The interior is all at ground level with three separate rooms; a living/dining/kitchen room with tiled floor and rugs, a carpeted bedroom and a bathroom with tiled floor.
The bathroom has a step-into bath with a fixed shower screen and shower over. There is no separate shower.
